Refund policy
☞ Due to the nature of these products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items, bath products, body care, hair care, and skin care items (for health, hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items purchased on sale
- White-label wholesale products
Once your payment and checkout process has been completed, we cannot cancel your order, as we begin fulfillment immediately.
☞ MWLAS™ cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by shipping handlers after orders are released for shipping. If items arrive damaged (damaged in transit), issues will be addressed individually and on a case-by-case basis.
☞ Buyers are responsible for viewing the (openly available) full ingredients list for products. In the event that a product contains an allergen, an exchange may be made for store credit in the amount of the purchased product cost. Items must be unopened with all original seals in tact and in new condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return request, a code will be issued via email, along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items, excluding custom products and wholesale. We do suggest considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that we do not include any shipping fees in store credit. ☞ No exceptions: if a package is returned to MWLAS™ for any reason (such as invalid address, unpaid custom charges, etc) store credit is the only refund option available. Store credits will be issued for the amount of the original order, minus any additional fees that may have been incurred by MWLAS™ due to the returned package.
