Expect Shipping Delays

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and weather-related carrier issues across the country, USPS may take longer than usual to process/ship orders. Please allow for an additional 5-7 days on top of the current shipping timeline.

Order Processing / Estimated Shipping Times

☞ Orders may take up to 3- 5 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to process. Please note this DOES NOT include shipping timeline or delays caused by USPS. Please read shipping timeline below.

U.S. Shipping

☞ MWLAS offers Free Shipping for orders that meet/exceed the minimum spend amount. Free shipping is offered via Priority USPS shipping across the United States. First Class shipping typically takes 5 - 7 business days from date of package dispatch. Priority shipping typically takes 3 business days from date of package dispatch. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CARRIER DELAYS CAUSED BY WEATHER, COVID-19, ETC. PLEASE READ ABOVE.

International Orders

☞ International buyers: At this time international shipping is unavailable and any international orders will not be processed.

Tracking Number

☞ PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 24-48 HOURS FOR TRACKING NUMBER TO UPDATE. 

Stolen / Lost Packages

☞ MWLAS is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

Items Damaged During Shipping

☞ I do my best to ensure your order gets to you safely by utilizing rip-resistant, water-resistant, padded mailers (as well as sturdy shipping boxes and packing materials). If somehow your item is damaged in transit, please contact me directly (info on contact page, here) within 2 business days to qualify for exchange of your item(s). Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Original order number and a picture of the damaged item(s) is required for quality control purposes.

Custom and Personalized Orders

  • Custom orders are considered on a case by case basis. If you have special requests or questions please message me. If there is an item that you would like a personal touch added to, contact me and we will work together to create something special for you. I will do my best to accommodate your request when possible. Please keep in mind custom orders cannot be returned, but I will do my best to work with any issues that you many have.

Wholesale availability

  • MWLAS is available for wholesale/bulk orders - large or small! I have no "minimum spend required" amount and welcome any type of client.
  • Bulk orders (5+) for the Custom Acrylic Letter Clasp-free Bracelets are a great option for larger groups such as sororities, bridal parties, teams, etc. (View original bracelet listing here: http://etsy.me/3sm5nMr)
  • Bulk orders for body/hair/skin care items (5+) may require additional time, due to the "small batch" nature of their regular production. Please message if interested in ordering any of these items in larger quantities.
